Hanson Holiday Lighting LLC ("Hanson Holiday Lighting," "we," "us," or "our") provides holiday-lighting design, installation, maintenance, removal, and quote services in Arizona and California. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website, advertising lead forms, phone, text, email, and related customer communications.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property address, contact preference, referral source, project details, photos you choose to provide, lighting selections, quote information, and messages with us. Meta or another advertising platform may prefill information you previously supplied to that platform when you submit an on-platform lead form.
Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, and advertising or analytics events. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our quote forms.
How we use information
We use information to respond to quote requests; contact you by your requested method; prepare designs, estimates, and installation plans; provide and improve our services; measure advertising and website performance; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business records; and comply with law.
Text messages and calls
If you provide a phone number and request contact, we may call or text you about your quote or project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to an automated text or tell us at any time that you no longer want text messages.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, advertising, email and text delivery, analytics, customer communications, file storage, quoting, and business systems.
